Announcement on Email issue.


Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that, due to spamming and security issue, we have to disable smtp relay in all of our mail servers. Thus, if you unable to send email and receive error such as:

[553 sorry, that address is not in my list of allowed recipients (#5.7.1)]

please reconfigure your email client setting with configuration below:-
- Ensure the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box is tick
- And the port configuration:

Port Configuration :
Incoming : 110
Outgong : 25 or 587

Microsoft Outlook 2013:

- From the main screen open the 'Tools' menu and then select 'E-mail Accounts...'
- Select 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' (E-mail)
- Click the 'Next >' button
- Click on the email account to modify - this will cause it to become highlighted
- Click on the 'Change...' button
- Click the 'More Settings...' button
- Click the 'Outgoing Server' tab
- Tick 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'
- Click the 'Ok' button
- Click the 'Next >' button then the 'Finish' button

- You should now be back to the main Outlook 2003 screen
- Close Outlook 2003 and then reload
- Try sending out email.

Should you have any after changes, kindly submit a ticket and provide us the screenshot of error together with sender and recipient email address so that we can investigate further.
