Emergency PBA Application Maintenance 30th September 2014

Dear Valued Customers, 

Please be informed that Emergency upgrade of PBA applications will be done on 30 Sept 2014 5:00 PM until 07:00 PM

 

Location: DC Semarak

 

Date: 30th September 2014 (Tuesday)

Timeframe: 0500 PM - 0700 PM

 

Scheduled Duration: 2 Hours

During the upgrade period, no impact will happened to all services under Web Hosting and Mail Hosting. This upgrade procedure will only impact all operation on PBA application (order provisioning). Rest assured that this exercise is essential and vital to improve our service to you.

Thus, we would like to advise our customers to be prepared for the imminent service interruption.
